One system.
For people who expect more than rushed visits and temporary fixes.

Based in Fredericksburg and serving all of Virginia, we deliver secure, HIPAA-compliant direct-access telehealth for primary care, mental health, and hormone optimization with true continuity of care.
Telehealth services also available in California, DC, Florida, Idaho, Maryland, Montana, and North Carolina.
Built through direct access to expert, whole-person care.
No waiting until something breaks
No generic plans
No getting passed around the system
This is what healthcare looks like when it’s done right.
Not for quick fixes. For people who want to get it right.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH:
Most healthcare waits until something breaks.
We don’t.
We identify root causes.
We build a plan.
We stay engaged.
We address issues early and adjust care as your body and goals change.
Personalized. Integrated. Direct.
OUR SYSTEM
One system. Three areas of care. Built to work together when needed.
Care is focused on your goals, whether that’s one area or a more complete integrated plan.
Some patients need one area. Others need multiple.
Care is structured around your needs and adjusted over time.
